This document constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and titi4. Please read it carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform. By accessing titi4, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use titi4. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is processed. The applicable turnover multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Bonus abuse or multi-accounting will result in account termination.
Each player may hold only one titi4 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. titi4 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. titi4 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and permanently ban accounts found in breach of fair-play obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which titi4 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and maintain an account on titi4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute must not register or use the Platform. titi4 accepts no liability for any violation of local law by the Player.
2.3 titi4 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of deposited funds (net of any bonus amounts already released for play).
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold exactly one titi4 account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or associated accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Supplying false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. titi4 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected compromise via the official support channel.
3.4 Minors. If titi4 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by or accessible to a person under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately. Any winnings generated during the period of suspected underage use will be forfeited. titi4 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of underage gambling.
3.5 Account Currency. All titi4 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Account balances, deposit confirmations, withdrawal requests, and bonus values are all displayed in IDR unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion.
4.1 titi4 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process is conducted digitally and typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

4.3 titi4 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time, including for large transactions or where unusual account activity is observed. This is a standard risk-management procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
4.4 Withdrawals will be suspended for accounts with pending KYC documentation. Deposits may continue to be accepted during the verification period, but the Player acknowledges that funds may not be withdrawable until verification is complete.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction and are subject to change. titi4 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits based on account verification status and transaction history.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are typically processed within 24 hours during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Christmas, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
5.4 Matching Payment Methods. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem. Exceptions require enhanced verification.
5.5 No Third-Party Payments. You must only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any funds received from a third-party account may be confiscated and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5.6 Currency. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If a payment method conducts its own currency conversion, the Player is responsible for any resulting exchange differences or conversion fees imposed by the payment provider.
6.1 General. titi4 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable turnover multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are clearly stated on each promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:
6.4 Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited. Expiry dates are shown on the bonus detail page at the time of claiming.
6.5 titi4 Right to Amend. titi4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses that a Player has already begun wagering in good faith.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on titi4 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category — sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, or slot games. These product-specific rules are available within the relevant game or betting interface.
7.2 Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a specific cash-out or bet-editing feature is explicitly offered for that market.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest error in odds or game parameters, titi4 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. A "manifest error" means an odds or payout figure that is demonstrably incorrect — for example, an evens bet at odds materially below the true market price.
7.4 For sports betting, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia matches: titi4's rules on match postponement, abandonment, and walkover outcomes are detailed in the sports betting rules section accessible from the platform interface. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Indonesian-style handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement conventions.
7.5 titi4 retains the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of open bets for any Player at its sole discretion, including for risk-management purposes. This applies across all product categories.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on titi4 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.2 titi4 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.
9.1 titi4 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of free tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality-check reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.
9.2 Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively. All Responsible Gaming features are accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost and with immediate effect for most restriction types.
9.3 If you believe your gambling has become or is becoming problematic, you should contact titi4 support immediately via 24/7 live chat to activate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated minimum duration and will result in the suspension of all promotional communications. 9.4 The minimum age to use titi4 is 21 years. titi4 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including mandatory KYC age verification.
10.1 All content on the titi4 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game mechanics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of titi4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 The titi4 name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the titi4 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data-processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 titi4 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit. Full details of our data practices, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, titi4 excludes all liability for:
12.2 titi4's total aggregate liability to any one Player in connection with these Terms, for any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits titi4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12.4 You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk, and that titi4 cannot guarantee winnings or investment returns of any kind. You accept personal responsibility for all wagering decisions made on the Platform.
13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your titi4 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closing, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise required by applicable regulation.
13.2 Suspension or Closure by titi4. titi4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice if:
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in the account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposits, subject to completed KYC and the satisfaction of any pending wagering obligations.
14.1 titi4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the contact method on file (live chat notification, account inbox message, or email where applicable) with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
14.2 Non-material changes — including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, and additions that do not adversely affect Player rights — may be made with immediate effect.
14.3 The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.4 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Clause 13.1 before the amended Terms take effect.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which titi4 holds its international online gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is available upon request from the titi4 compliance team.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through titi4's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. The complaint procedure is initiated by contacting titi4 customer support via live chat or by email at the address in Clause 16.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within 14 days, either party may refer the matter to the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under titi4's licensing conditions.
15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents titi4 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent and irreparable harm.
